Your Well Life

Carole has spent the last 30 years searching for her ‘Well Life’ which included starting her life as a holistic practitioner in 2008. Her journey continues, but after decades, many challenges, many losses and many wins, Carole has for herself and maybe for YOU, sorted the ‘wheat from the chaff’!

A holistic lifestyle and working with the best varied tools to find ‘Your Well Life’, has become more and more important in both Carole’s personal life and her work. Carole wants to bring gentle, genuine choices to those who are often caught up in chronic pain, being told they are just getting old or are stuck and unable to positively move forward with a long-standing condition/disease. Carole aims to enable her clients to help themselves, as well as offering support ensuring they have valuable, beneficial, realistic & gentle ways to care for themselves.

In her searching for a safe, gentle hands on technique and movement exercise which supports her own ‘Well Life’, Carole has fallen in love with the benefits of the Bowen Technique and the fluid movement of Chi Kung. Her clients can now work with their own holistic tools, gain an understanding of the safe, gentle movement exercise that is Chi Kung as well as having access to the gentle, non-invasive technique, that is the Bowen Technique.

Even though individually Bowen and Chi Kung are incredible, there really is no ONE magic bullet. We really do need to look at the ‘whole’ of our lives, working holistically and find a combined approach, to enjoy living the best version of “Your Well Life’.
